Our promise

We collect only what we need to plan your celebration, answer your questions, and send you things you asked for. We never sell your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information About Love Celebrations ("ALC," "we," "us") collects, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to aboutlovecelebrations.com, go.aboutlovecelebrations.com, our free resources and digital products, our email list, and our calls and meetings.

ALC is owned and operated by Fallon King and serves New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and surrounding areas. This policy is part of our Terms & Conditions. If you book services with us, your signed client agreement also applies.

Information we collect

What you give us

• Inquiries and bookings: your names, email, phone, wedding date, venue, guest count, budget, and the details you share about your celebration.

• Clients: everything above, plus ceremony details (names, vows, family notes, pronunciations), timelines, vendor contacts, and signed agreements. Payments are processed by our booking and payment tools. We do not see or store your full card or bank number.

• Email list and freebies: your name, email, and your consent to hear from us when you request a free guide, the wedding countdown, or another resource.

• Digital product purchases: your name, email, and order details. If you buy through Etsy, Etsy shares your order information with us.

• Calls and meetings: what you tell us during consultations, Vibe Checks, planning meetings, and coaching sessions, including recordings and transcripts (see below).

• Messages, reviews, and photos you send us.

What we collect automatically

When you visit our sites, our tools may collect basic technical information such as your browser, device, IP address, the pages you view, and how you found us. Our forms use a security check (Cloudflare) to block spam and bots.

Information about other people

If you share details about your partner, family, or wedding party, please only share what they would be comfortable with.

How we use your information

• Answer your inquiry and check whether your date is available.

• Plan, coordinate, and officiate your celebration, and keep accurate notes of your wishes.

• Send contracts, invoices, reminders, and planning updates.

• Deliver the freebies, countdown, and digital products you requested.

• Send our emails and planning tips, if you joined our list.

• Share necessary details with your venue and other wedding vendors so your day runs smoothly.

• Improve our website, services, and resources.

• Keep our sites secure, prevent spam, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We will not use your information for a purpose that has nothing to do with these without asking you first.

Recordings, transcripts, and AI tools

Recordings and transcripts. As our Terms explain, meetings may be recorded or transcribed using Zoom's built-in features and Tactiq.io. We tell you at the start of the meeting when this is on. If you'd rather not be recorded, just tell us and we'll take notes by hand.

• We use recordings and transcripts only to keep accurate notes for your celebration or session.

• We never post or share your recording publicly, and never use it in marketing, without your written permission.

• Only ALC and team members working on your event can access them.

• We delete recordings within 90 days after your event or the end of our work together. We keep the written notes with your client file.

• Coaching sessions are kept private and are shared only with your written permission.

AI tools. We use AI-assisted tools to help us respond faster, such as drafting email replies and summarizing meeting notes. A real person at ALC reviews everything before it goes to you. We choose tools that do not sell your information, and we do not knowingly allow them to use your personal information to train public AI models.

Public video and podcast content. Our Ask a Wedding Vendor sessions and Wedding Wise Podcast episodes are recorded for publishing. Guests agree to this before recording. Private client meetings are never used this way.

Emails and texts

We only add you to our email list when you sign up, request a freebie, or buy a digital product, and we record that consent. You can unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of any email. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails only; if you're a client, you'll still get emails about your booking.

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your inquiry or event. Reply STOP to opt out of non-essential texts. Message and data rates may apply. We never sell or share your phone number for marketing.

Cookies and analytics

Our sites use cookies and similar tools to keep pages working, remember your preferences, protect forms from spam, and show us which pages are popular. Our wedding countdown saves your details on your own phone or browser so it's there when you come back.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, like forms and the countdown, may not work properly without them. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" signals, but we do not use cookies to sell your information or target ads to you.
