Vendor count and logistics

Length of coverage
Weddings with additional logistics, multiple venues, or higher coordination needs may require a custom quote.

A Note on Setup & Cleanup
Our team assists with décor setup based on a finalized plan. We do not design, install large structures, or replace professional décor vendors.
End-of-night collection of personal décor items is included. Venue-required cleaning or extensive teardown services are not part of wedding day coordination and may require an additional service or outside vendor.

Beginning 3–4 months before your wedding, we step in to understand your plans, communicate with vendors, and prepare a comprehensive timeline so that when your day arrives, everything feels effortless.
On the wedding day itself, our role is to manage logistics, oversee execution, and make real-time decisions, so you don’t have to.
